Returns
If you place an order yourself online, you are 100% responsible for your purchase. There is no one to blame but yourself for wrong product ordered, slower shipping, incorrect address, etc. You assume 100% responsibility. There are no returns and no refunds. You placed the order yourself, you made the assumption what product you needed, and you are the only one responsible for that order.
Please be nice when speaking to customer service and when sending emails. Rude phone calls will be blocked and hung up on. You will lose the ability to speak to anyone from that point on. Rude emails will be blocked and deleted. There will be zero response. Treat our staff the way you want to be treated. BAD BEHAVIOR WILL NOT BE REWARDED!
Orders will ship in the order they are received. During high volume times of the year orders can take longer to ship. We do NOT guarantee any shipping speeds. If you need an order shipped immediately DO NOT place the order online, call customer service at 239-877-0411 and place the order through one of our reps. They can tell you if the order can be shipped and delivered in the time you require. We have ZERO responsibility to orders you place yourself online. You are 100% responsible if you do not call customer service and place the order.
Once an order is placed online, it can not be cancelled. We may be able to change or alter the order, but it can not be cancelled.
If you place on online yourself and the address isn't correct, we will not cover the cost to reship a new order. Buyer is responsible to pay for the cost to reship, and possible an entire new order if we aren't able to get the first order retuned to us, as well the order will not be refunded. Double check your address before you pay for your order.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We will not refund orders that are not ordered through our customer service staff by phone or email. If you place your own order online without asking customer service staff what are the proper products to order for your application and how to properly use them we will not refund or exchange the items. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returns. Missing items and damaged returns will be subject to further fees. Return shipping labels are the responsibility of the customer. If your order received free shipping you may be responsible for the reimbursement of the cost of the shipping label as well when we shipped the item to you.
To be eligible for a return for your unused and in the same condition that you received it order please contact us for the return address. It must also be in the original packaging. If you are having any issues with a product please contact immediately for help either by phone @239-877-0411 or email at info@dura-coating.com. If any bottle of any product is more than 1/4 used we will not issue a full refund. More than 1/2 the bottle is used we will not accept any return or exchange.
For Issues with Dura-Dressing we will require photos of cleaning process and application process along with before and after photos. We will also help remedy the situation along with the customer following our instructions before any refund will be given based on our evaluation of the process. Before any return on any Dura-Dressing kit will be issued the customer must follow our instructions to first fix the install issue we identify. Dura-Dressing works 100% of the time on properly cleaned tires. Please contact us for help to remedy your issue. If you are rude to customer service staff either over the phone or through an email you will not be helped and or responded to until you can treat our staff with respect. Treat our staff the same way you wish to be treated.
Ceramic Coatings unless installed by a Dura-Coating Technology authorized installer are 100% not returnable. That includes all Nano coatings, ceramic coatings, graphene coatings, Invisa-Shield, etc. Consumers who attempt to install DIY are responsible for proper prep work, Longevity, performance, etc. Dura-Coating Technology will not refund and replace any coatings. Please see your installer to warranty any issues.
Machine Polishers can be exchanged only if broken due to defect, not from misuse. We dont accept returns on machine polishers. We offer a 90 day warranty against manufacture defects only, not misuse. Please see the first paragraph as well that we dont accept any returns not placed through our customer service staff by phone. online orders can not be returned at all if placed without customer service staff.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
SHIPPING POLICY
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If your package has a delivered scan from UPS or USPS and you claim is was never delivered we must be notified within 24 hours. Beyond 24 hours go to your local post office immediately if shipped with USPS. With UPS contact them at UPS.com. We do not cover stolen packages. We are responsible for your item to get scanned delivered.
Shipping guarantees for Next Day, 2 day, 3 day, Priority shipping and ground will be direct customer to the shipper. We do NOT guarantee any delivery times due to Covid delays and or economic or weather. Please visit UPS or USPS websites and contact customer service before selecting any shipping. Once the items ships we are no longer responsible for delivery times, delays, and errors. We can not control UPS or USPS at all in any way. They are responsible for delivery times and delays directly with the consumer.
Next day UPS / USPS, 2 day & 3 day UPS packages will usually ship within 1-2 business days depending on volume of orders in our system. Please call customer service if you need an order shipped same day to see if its even possible that the order can meet your deadline needs. Please contact us directly at 239-877-0411 if you need a package shipped the same day as ordered. Please call to verify the order is able to be shipped. We dont guarantee delivery of next day, 2 day, or 3 day packages. We arent delivering the package personally. We can not control what UPS, FEDEX, or USPS does. When you purchase expedited shipping you assume responsibility for any delays the shipper may have. Our job is to get the item out in about 1-2 days. Please call before placing any expedited shipping to make certain we can get the item shipped. If you order yourself online we assume zero responsibility for the item shipping right away or you receiving it by any specific date. We have hundreds of thousands of customers that are placing orders.We do the best we can to take care of everyone.
UPS will not deliver packages on Saturdays. No next day or any other method packages shipped UPS will arrive on Saturday. No weekend days count as shipping days with UPS or USPS. Only USPS will deliver on Saturday. Some USPS next day packages may take 2 days. Please check with USPS or your local post office first before placing the order with us.
International shipping may be subject to Duty fees or customs fees, etc in your country upon package delivery. Buyer would be responsible to cover those costs on delivery should there be any.

Once order is placed, we will provide you with the shipping package dimensions, size and weight. You will purchase a shipping label from your country of origin and email us the shipping label. This is the least expensive way to ship and most reliable.
Once all information needed is received, the package will ship.
