Returns, Refund, shipping Policy

Please review this policy carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase with Dura-Coating Technology, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

At Dura-Coating Technology, we encourage all customers to carefully review their order before completing their purchase. If you are unsure which product is right for your needs, or if you need an order by a specific date, please contact our customer service team before ordering.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Dura-Coating Technology does not accept general returns for any orders when placed by the customer with no assistance from customer service staff.

Orders placed online without first working with our customer service staff are not eligible for return. Online orders placed without assistance from our customer service team cannot be returned at all.

Returns are only considered when an order has been placed directly through our customer service staff by phone, and any such request remains subject to review and approval under this policy.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any order that is more than 30 days past the delivery date.

If you would like to request an exchange within 30 days of delivery, you must email info@dura-coating.com and include the following:

  • the specific item you would like to exchange
  • the product you would like to receive instead

All exchange requests are subject to review and approval.

Machine Polisher Policy

Machine polishers, including DA polishers, are not eligible for return.

Machine polishers may only be exchanged if the item is broken due to a manufacturing defect. Exchanges will not be approved for damage caused by misuse, improper operation, negligence, abuse, or normal wear and tear.

Dura-Coating Technology offers a 90-day warranty on machine polishers for manufacturing defects only. This warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, unauthorized modification, or damage caused by use outside of intended application.

If you believe your machine polisher has a manufacturing defect, please contact info@dura-coating.comwith your order information and a description of the issue for review.

Customer Responsibility for Orders

If you place an order online without first contacting customer service, you are 100% responsible for that order, including:

  • product selection
  • shipping method selection
  • shipping address accuracy
  • discount code entry
  • payment method selection
  • whether the product is correct for your intended use

Dura-Coating Technology is not responsible if you later determine that:

  • the product ordered was not correct for your needs
  • the shipping method selected did not meet your required timeframe
  • a discount code was not entered before checkout
  • the shipping address entered was incorrect
  • the wrong payment method was used

If you need an order shipped immediately or delivered within a specific timeframe, do not place the order online. Instead, contact us at  info@dura-coating.comand place the order through one of our representatives. Our team can advise you whether the order can be shipped and delivered within the time you require.

Shipping Policy

FREESHIP code is for economy shipping only, and will be shipped with economy shipping only! Next day, express, 2 day, 3 day, etc will not be accepted.

International Orders: You are responsible for all duties fees, custom fees, Tarrifs etc your country charges. If you have an issue please call your countries customs and complain to them. We dont control what your country charges its own citizens. 

Orders are shipped in the order they are received.

During high-volume times of the year, orders may take longer to ship. Dura-Coating Technology does not guarantee shipping speeds.

USPS Shipping Notice

Priority Mail shipping estimates are directly linked to USPS and may not be accurate. There are no guaranteed delivery dates with any USPS shipping service. USPS may hold or delay packages for reasons outside of our control.

Guaranteed Delivery Options

If you need a guaranteed delivery date, you must choose one of the following shipping methods:

  • UPS Next Day
  • UPS 2nd Day
  • UPS 3 Day

These are the only guaranteed delivery methods.

By choosing any other shipping method, you understand and accept that delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order is placed online, it cannot be canceled for any reason.

In some cases, we may be able to change or alter an order after it is placed, but cancellation is not permitted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, including:

  • product selection
  • shipping address
  • payment method
  • discount code entry

If a discount code does not work, do not place the order. Please email info@dura-coating.combefore completing checkout.

Dura-Coating Technology cannot:

  • add a discount code after an order has been placed
  • change the payment method on an order once it has been submitted

Route Package Protection

What is Route Package Protection?

Route’s Package Protection is a shipping protection solution that helps cover your order in the event it is lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. We understand how frustrating it can be when something happens to your shipment, which is why Dura-Coating Technology has partnered with Route to offer added assurance and support. Package Protection may be added during checkout.

How Does Route Work?

If your order is protected by Route and it is lost, damaged, or stolen, Route’s support team will help ensure that your order is replaced or refunded, based on your preference, at no additional cost to you.

Lost or Stolen Orders

To protect your order against loss or theft, add Route Package Protection at checkout.

If your order does not arrive or is believed to be stolen, a claim must be filed with Route.

You can also file a shipping issue here. To file a claim, you will need your store order number OR Route ID number and the email address that was attached to the order.

Damaged Orders

To protect your order against damage during shipping, add Route Package Protection at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of both the item and the packaging it arrived in. These photos will be required when submitting a claim with Route.

Claim Filing Time Frames

Claims must be filed within the following timeframes:

Marked as Delivered / Stolen
Claims are reviewed no earlier than 5 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the date the order was marked delivered.

Stuck in Transit / Lost
Claims are reviewed no earlier than 7 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last tracking update.

Damaged
Claims for damaged items must include photos of the packaging and item(s), and must be filed no later than 30 calendar days from the date the order was marked delivered.

How to File a Claim

If you purchased Route Package Protection at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route containing information on how to file a shipping issue.

To file a claim, you will need:

  • your store order number or Route ID number
  • the email address associated with the order
  • You can also file a shipping issue here. To file a claim, you will need your store order number OR Route ID number and the email address that was attached to the order.

Important Notice About Route Protection

Dura-Coating Technology partners with Route to help protect packages from loss, damage, or theft during transit.

By selecting Route Package Protection at checkout, your order will be eligible for replacement or refund through Route in the event of a covered shipping issue.

By declining or deselecting Route Package Protection at checkout, you acknowledge that Dura-Coating Technology is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

Respectful Communication

We are committed to maintaining respectful and professional communication with all customers.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue communication with any customer who uses abusive, threatening, harassing, or disrespectful language toward our staff. Customers who engage in this type of behavior may be blocked from further contact.
